KITCHEN UNITS
Our kitchen units are precision machined from 18mm plywood, ensuring a solid piece of furniture that will stand the test of time. All of our plywood comes from sustainable sources, and we take care in selecting the best pieces for your units, particularly for door and drawer fronts. Units are supplied fully assembled, with pride taken in ensuring accuracy and a quality of finish to more than rival flat pack, high street alternatives. Birch plywood is our standard material but we can also provide a choice of other wood veneers and coloured laminates (Formica, Fenix etc) to meet your exact requirements.
Whether you have a plan already or just a set of measurements - we can work with you to create the perfect kitchen.
Our process
To start with we would ask you to provide a rough plan for your kitchen - don't worry this can just be a basic floorplan with room measurements and some idea on layout and colours.
From this we would aim to provide you with a cost estimate for your project. Our prices are based on supply only - we do not offer a measuring or fitting service.
If you decide to proceed, the next step would be to work with you to refine the design and create a 3D model showing all of the unit sizes and working on the customisable details such as:
-finish (bare or finished with 2 x coats of Osmo Polyx Oil)
-handle styles (cut through, recessed, handleless etc)
-unit inserts (bins, wire pull outs, custom plywood pieces)
-door colours and styles (inset, overlay, pivot, glass)
Detailed 2D drawings will also be available to supply to your fitter if required.
On confirmation of the order we ask for a 50% deposit.
On completion, we will send you images of the finished units before final payment is required. They will then be packaged up, and shipped to you via our couriers.
Finally you can install and enjoy your new bespoke kitchen.
OTHER PRODUCTS
We don't only manufacture kitchen units. We can manufacture other items such has home office set-ups, wardrobes and bedroom furniture, bathroom units, shelving and drawer units, and bespoke one off pieces. We also offer a CNC cutting service, so if you have plans for something you need manufactured, we can help.
